Transdisciplinary artist Ruocong Ma examines the contradiction and correlation of spiritual strength, adolescent melancholy, sexual representation, and feminism in our society, working on oil painting, performance video, and soft sculpture. She celebrates the tenderness of tears and lonely flesh in a girlish voice, finding the treasure in a childish pipe dream and the sadness of being criticized.
